§ 16-78. State law adopted by reference.

Latest version.

The provisions of F.S. §§ 877.20 through 877.24, inclusive, are hereby adopted as "the town's juvenile curfew ordinance." Such provisions are marked as exhibit "A" on the ordinance from which this article is derived and hereby incorporated by reference and kept on file in the office of the town clerk.
