§ 26-14. Enforcement remedies.

(a)

A registrant's failure to comply with provisions of this article shall constitute a violation and shall subject the registrant to the code enforcement provisions and procedures as provided in chapter 2, article V of the town's land development code. In addition, violation of this article may be punishable as provided in F.S. § 162.22, as it may be amended.

(b)

Failure of the town to enforce any requirements of this article shall not constitute a waiver of the town's right to enforce that violation or subsequent violations of the same type or to seek appropriate enforcement remedies.
